Актуализация на информацията за правната сила на времевия печат
We have updated the description in the “Useful” section to make it even clearer how the qualified electronic timestamp (QeTS) fits into the European legal framework under eIDAS and how it can be used as evidence of authorship.
The key points are highlighted: the presumption of time accuracy, the guarantee of data integrity, and practical application in court disputes, contractual relationships and the protection of copyrighted content online. We have also added references to official sources and the technical standards (ETSI EN 319 421/422).
The goal is for StampR users to have a more structured and up-to-date explanation of exactly how the timestamp works and why the certificate they issue has real evidentiary value.
