Authorship and consistency

I, FIRST MIDDLE LAST NAME, declare that I am the author/co-author of the work I record in the StampR system, and that the entered name and description correspond to the work for which I request certificate issuance.

Responsibility for truthfulness

I understand that I bear full responsibility for the accuracy of this declaration and for all consequences of false data, including claims by third parties regarding authorship/rights over the work.

Data in the certificate

I confirm that my names are FIRST MIDDLE LAST NAME and I agree that they may be shown in the certificate.

Preservation of the original

I understand that, for purposes of proving authorship, it is necessary to keep the work (original file/source) in unchanged form, so that comparison with the data/fingerprint described in the certificate can be performed if needed.

Legal value of the certificate

I understand that the certificate does not “create” or transfer copyright and does not prevent infringements, but serves as verifiable evidence for the work declared by me and the moment of certificate issuance, which in case of dispute may be asserted against third parties claiming authorship after the certificate date.
