StampR is involved in the cooperation framework between the European Union and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean (EU–LAC) in the area of digital transformation and innovation. The platform is considered an example of a trust service that can be adapted to different legal and technical environments.

In this context, StampR demonstrates how qualified time stamps and cryptographic identification of digital works can act as an “evidence layer” for creative industries, IT and AI teams, media, universities and SMEs.

The discussions cover potential pilot projects, localisation of the interface and legal texts for specific jurisdictions, integration into innovation hubs and support programmes for authors and entrepreneurs.

Participation in EU–LAC initiatives shows that StampR goes beyond a purely national project and can form part of a broader ecosystem for digital trust and cross‑border protection of intellectual property.
